  • STEP 1: Evaluate – The initial phase begins with a complementary 45 min consultation, which is designed to obtain pertinent information about the client’s current or proposed operation; this includes but is not limited to the entities internal structure, goals, objectives, and challenge. To aid in this assessment, completion of a Customer Profile Form is required.

  • STEP 2: Engineer – Based on the information obtained in Step 1, Trilogy will assembly a team of subject-matter experts, industry practitioners, and thought leaders to design a customized plan of action to meet your needs. This proposal will take into consideration our array of service offerings and present the best options suited to your need.

  • STEP 3: Execute – Upon your approval and selection of service(s) our team will immediately begin executing the proposed plan of action. To avoid cost overruns and adherence to delivery schedules, clients are expected to respond to inquiries and data request in a prompt manner. As our customer your satisfaction and opinion is always valued, therefore, the ‘execute’ phase evolves into another iteration of the ‘Evaluation’ phase.
